What is Pilates?
In short, Pilates is a series of exercises created by Joseph Pilates to challenge your body through different planes of motion to allow your spine and the muscles attached to move freely with moves like what you see below.

    Why would you want that?  Because our bodies need to move freely and efficiently to keep us healthy and active in our later years.  The results are:

    • Long, lean and toned muscles
    • Easier Respiration/Breathing
    • Energetic & Mindful Connection to your self
