Welcome to Access Pilates!
Whether you've been practicing Pilates for years, or just learning about it now, take a deep breath and tune in to how your body feels. Does it feel balanced and at ease, or is there tension in some areas? Is your posture close to ideal, or are you noticing an extreme forward/backward leaning? How is your exercise routine? Are you able to apply those moves to your daily routine in a functional way?
It's amazing to see the variety of Pilates exercises that exist today. From the Healthclub to the Pilates studio to the Chiropractor's office - the range of exercises to choose from can be overwhelming for someone looking for an easy to follow, progressive, and affordable Pilates Program.
Access Pilates was inspired by the people I've worked with that, not only required an affordable, functional and unique workout program, but also needed the language to be simple. This allowed their entire focus to be on their bodies and the amazing progress they were making.
Every person has a unique set of circumstances that prevent them from doing many of the exercises pre-programmed for a general population. This became obvious to me from the very beginning of my career as an instructor where I had (and continue to have) the pleasure of working with clients of various fitness levels.
